Review of health priorities
Brisbane North PHN is seeking feedback to help us continue to understand the health needs of our region. The PHN identified a number of health priorities in 2015.
These health priorities are:
- potentially preventable hospitalisations
- Moreton Bay North
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
- health promotion
- mental health and suicide prevention
- alcohol and other drugs treatment.
We are seeking feedback on whether these are still the correct priorities for our region and how the PHN could focus these priorities to make the most difference to the health of our region. The outcome of this will guide future health and community service planning.
We invite you to participate in this process by visiting My voice—our online engagement hub—and completing the survey before 5.00 pm Friday 29 September 2017.
Additionally, we will be hosting two community workshops for you to have your say:
- Thursday 5 October 2017 at Victoria Park, Herston
- Tuesday 17 October 2017 at Caboolture Hub
