Abbe has over 25 years experience in the public, private and not-for-profit health sectors of Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
As CEO of Brisbane North PHN, Abbe and her team support clinicians and communities across Brisbane’s northern suburbs, Moreton Bay Regional Council and parts of Somerset Regional Council.
Abbe has a PhD from the University of New South Wales, School of Public Health and Community Medicine, an MBA from Otago University in New Zealand and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.

Libby has over 20 years experience and expertise in senior health leadership roles.
She has a track record in managing the strategic, operational and business operations of a number of organisations within the not for profit sector. Her particular expertise includes stakeholder engagement and management, project management, policy development and analysis, partnership development and supporting system reforms/health system improvement.
In her current role with Brisbane North PHN, she has a focus on leading programs that focus on health care integration and primary care liaison including engagement with key stakeholder groups such as the HHS and general practitioners. She also works alongside the CEO and Board to guide strategic and business planning processes of the PHN.

Michele’s 30 year career in health spans both the public and private sectors, specifically focusing on collaborative projects to improve community health outcomes.
Michele has a Master’s in Public Administration and spent over 12 years working in health construction including four years as the Director for infrastructure projects for Queensland Health. She is also a Registered Nurse with post graduate qualifications in Community, Child and Adolescent Health and Project Management.
In her current role with the PHN, Michele leads a portfolio which aims to drive change to support healthy ageing through commissioning and collaboration.

Martin Milne is a senior healthcare and communications manager with over 20 years experience gained in the UK and Australia.
Martin is responsible for the commissioning of healthcare services based on the assessment of population health needs and by engaging with the key health stakeholders, community groups and consumers.
He has helped developed, local, regional and national PHN commissioning resources. Martin also has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.

Paul’s 27 year career in health spans health promotion, advocacy and oversight of healthcare service delivery, both here and in the UK.
Within the Brisbane North PHN, Paul has played an integral role in health system reforms to support the recovery of people with severe and persistent mental illness, through Partners in Recovery and mental health reforms.
As Executive Manager, Paul is responsible for the Primary Mental Health Care, Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment and Partners in Recovery programs and elements of the PHN’s Flexible Funds, After Hours funding and ITC Indigenous funding.
