Text description of Commissioning Cycle

  1. Assess: this involves projects like the health needs assessment, community and stakeholder led consultation and service mapping and market failure identification
  2. Design: this stage involves things like identify desired outcomes, design solutions and procurement strategy section 
  3. Deliver: this involves four key steps in this stage including: procurement or direct intervention, capacity building, sector development and manage provider relationship
  4. Review. This is the final stage and involves steps like evaluate outcomes, consumer and community feedback and feed back into next stage of cycle

Following this stage we then move back into the assess stage where the process starts again.
